Our Team

Jill Bias MA LMFT

Owner, Clinical Supervisor

Hi! I'm Jill, I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I am formally trained to think systemically. All of us belong to larger systems, so even if you are seeking individual therapy, you impact those around you and vice versa. I see individuals, couples and families.

I received my undergraduate degree from the University of St. Catherine and my graduate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary's University in 2011. I have been fully licensed in the state of Minnesota since 2014 and licensed in the state of South Carolina since 2023. I am a MN Board Approved MFT Supervisor.

I have worked in various mental health settings since 2009 including; chemical dependency treatment centers, in-home, juvenile sex offender treatment center, high school prevention specialist, eating disorder treatment center, and outpatient private practice.

I enjoy working with adults with a history of childhood trauma, adult children of alcoholics, codependent personalities, and eating disorders. I also work with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, health at every size, body positive, sex positive, anti-racist, inclusive, feminist therapist.

I'm a mom of two young adult daughters. I enjoy traveling, a good book and anytime I can spend in the sun.

Abby Esters, MA LAMFT

Supervised by Jill Bias

I am a Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in Emotion Focused Therapy (EFT) for youth through adults, including couples and families. I am also trained in Prepare & Enrich premartial counseling, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Although my perspective is rooted in a Christian worldview, I am comfortable working with clientele from any and all faith backgrounds or lack thereof. It is never an expectation that clients will need to discuss their spirituality while receiving  treatment but it is an invitation to those for whom it's important. I look forward to meeting you and seeing if we would be a good fit!
